Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.

    Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

    In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

    Stir in chocolate chips.

    Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
